Via a secured platform continuous access is possible to overview the financial status and flow within the account. The Tenancy Management Program includes:
  • Tracking of critical dates such as lease renewal and re-negotiation dates.
  • Ongoing bill payments (property-rentals, utilities, cleaning, repairs, government taxes, real estate fees, car leases, tuition fees, etc.) on behalf of the client.
  • Reporting on a monthly (or other) basis per portfolio or per property.
  • Regular preventative maintenance visits.
  • Handling of minor repairs and other handyman services.
  • Negotiation of major repairs with the landlord.
